Analysis of Factors Influencing the Interest in Using QRIS as a Payment Method in Society

The development of technology increasingly demands that we transition to digital methods, including transaction activities. Nowadays, numerous digital-based transactions exist, one of which is the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard, known as QRIS. QRIS is widely favored, especially among millennials, due to its effective and efficient usage. With just a single handheld smartphone, transactions can be conducted anywhere and anytime. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors influencing consumer interest in using QRIS. This research is quantitative, utilizing primary data in the form of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is SEM PLS. The results of the study indicate that all hypotheses are supported: H1: the influence of Ease of Use on the interest in using QRIS as a payment medium, H2: the influence of Enjoyment on the interest in using QRIS as a payment medium, and H3: the influence of Trust on the interest in using QRIS as a payment medium, with respective values of 27%, 36%, and 37%. This proves that all hypotheses are supported. This study contributes by providing deeper insights into the benefits of using QRIS as a payment medium for society.

Analisis Laporan Keuangan Dalam Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Barat Periode 2020-2022

The aim of this research is to analyze and measure the financial performance of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in West Sumatra Province from 2020 to 2022. This study uses the strategic study center of BAZNAS to calculate activity ratios, efficiency ratios, amil fund ratios, and growth ratios. Quantitative data from the financial reports of BAZNAS in West Sumatra Province for the years 2020–2022 are used. In this research, data were collected through observation and documentation using descriptive quantitative techniques. As a result of the activity ratio analysis, BAZNAS in West Sumatra Province is considered quite effective in the distribution and collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS) funds. While the operating cost ratio to amil rights and the operating cost ratio to total amil rights are inefficient, the efficiency ratio also shows fairly efficient results. However, the collection ratio, human resource cost ratio, and amil fund ratio show good results. Meanwhile, the growth ratio shows less favorable results, with both the collection and distribution growth ratios showing suboptimal outcomes.

Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Pada E-Wallet Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality dimensions on e-wallets on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The research method is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all e-wallet users in Indonesia with a sample size of 103 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis tools using the SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This means that customers who are satisfied with the services received are more likely to remain loyal to use the e-wallet These findings provide practical implications for e-wallet service providers to improve certain dimensions of service quality to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This study aims to determine how Gen Z students' creative interest, venture capital, and entrepreneurial interest impact their creative economy.To determine the relationship between two or more variables, this study used a quantitative approach. In this study, the population consists of Gen Z students who own businesses or are entrepreneurs.There are three independent variables used in this study including creativity, business capital, and entrepreneurial interest. The dependent variable of this study is the creative economy of Gen Z students. The study used T test, F test, R2 test, regression equation model estimation, validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation to analyze the data. This research shows the results that there is a significant positive influence on the influence of creativity, business capital, and interest in entrepreneurship on the creative economy of Gen Z students.

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Dengan Metode Sharia Conformity And Profitability (SCnP)

This study employs a qualitative approach with an analysis of the financial statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) for the period 2018-2022, obtained from BSI's official website. The method used is the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) Model to classify the bank's performance into four quadrants based on sharia compliance and profitability. The analysis process involves calculating ratios such as sharia investment, sharia income, profit sharing, return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and profit margin. The results show that before the merger, the performance of state-owned sharia banks (BRIS, BNIS, BSM) displayed high ratios of sharia investment and profit sharing. However, after the merger, there was a significant increase in the ratios of ROA, ROE, and profit margin. According to the SCnP graph, all three state-owned sharia banks, both before and after the merger, were in the Lower Right Quadrant (LRQ), indicating high sharia compliance but low profitability. This result suggests that although sharia compliance has been met, profitability still needs to be improved.

Sharia pawnshops are non-bank financial institutions that operate in accordance with Sharia principles. This research aims to explore sharia gold pawn development strategies and relate them to existing theories, with a focus on SWOT analysis to formulate effective marketing strategies for sharia gold pawn products. Qualitative methods are used with the Sharia Pegadaian customer population. Through SWOT analysis, marketing strategies will be optimized by exploiting strengths and opportunities and minimizing weaknesses and threats.

Peran Taman Baca Alfabet dalam Meningkatkan Budaya Literasi Anak Dusun Kopen

Current technological developments have had several positive impacts on human survival, one of the positive impacts being the ease of accessing technology via the internet. However, besides that, there are also negative impacts such as a lack of interest in reading in children, especially young children, because children are introduced to gadgets from an early age. It is hoped that the presence of reading parks in the community can be used to increase interest in reading in young children. Kopen Sae Village Rt. 1/Rw. 7, Ngadirejo, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency has a reading park called Taman Baca Alfabet Kopen Sae. The establishment of this reading park also started from the founder's empathy because young children in this modern era have lost their interest in reading. The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Kopen Sae Alphabet Reading Park in increasing children's interest in reading. The research method we use is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results of our research show that the Kopen Sae Alfabet Reading Park acts as a place for reading, playing, learning, dancing and storytelling. So it can be concluded that the Kopen Sae Alphabet Reading Park has a very big role in children's reading interest because there are many reading books with various reading themes.
