The Covid-19 pandemic changes all forms of community activity including the Arabic language learning system with an online system so that this situation requires teachers and students to adapt, therefore this study aims to describe Arabic online learning for student university at UIN KHAS Jember: problematic and solving. Researchers used descriptive qualitative methods and data collection using in-depth observations with Arabic language education students, the results showed that describe Arabic online learning for student university at UIN KHAS Jember was not effective and efficient due to the monotonous and boring teaching of lecturers and the lack of direct interaction between lecturers and students as for the solution, namely lecturers must use methods and media that are diverse and interesting by involving students completely in all their practices.
