Bilateral exchange lines are one of PBC's patented methods of promoting RMB internationalization. Swap lines were initially created to assist with RMB settlement in international trade due to the limited RMB liquidity overseas. Prior to eventually expanding to other rising economies, the first geographic reach concentrated on Asian neighbors. Swap lines can boost a loan's usage and reduce the apparent risk distribution of a loan in a rising currency. Swap lines have an impact that extends beyond their core usage in order to create a larger safety net. The PBC has established bilateral swap lines in addition to offshore clearing institutions in 25 markets to facilitate RMB payments. The e-CNY was created by the PBC for four main reasons. The general public's accessibility to digital money is the initial objective of the e-CNY. Additionally, it aspires to promote efficient, secure, and equitable retail payment systems. Third, the e-CNY will improve the efficiency of international payments. The fourth is that financial inclusion should be benefited. The empirical analysis underlined the crucial hopes that the e-CNY may promote bilateral currency exchanges between Islamic nations and China and may serve as a big economic boost for those nations.
2023-12-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Shanxuan Yu https://ejournal.uinsaid.ac.id/index.php/jmif/article/view/7334 SAVING IN ISLAMIC BANKS: ENCOURAGEMENT OF ISLAMIC FINANCIAL LITERACY 2023-08-17T08:42:33+07:00 M. This research was a type of field research using a quantitative approach. The data used primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to batik entrepreneurs in the Wiradesa Pekalongan sub-district. Samples were taken as many as 65 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The type of sampling technique used cluster proportional random sampling. The statistical tests used validity test, data reliability test, and t-test (t-test) to test the hypothesis. The results of the research on Islamic financial literacy variables have a positive and significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks, the significance value is 0.023 <0.05 and the t value (2,328) > t table (2,000).
2023-12-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 M. The object of this research was the Tegal Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP). The sampling technique was carried out with a saturated sample of 43 people. SEM-PLS analysis was used to analyze data using SmartPLS. The research results show that competency and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment is able to act as a mediator in the relationship between competency and employee performance. Employees who have good competence feel more confident and feel successful in doing their work so that they can increase positive feelings towards their organization which encourages increased organizational commitment through maximum effort in doing their work. However, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between competency and employee performance. If employee satisfaction is lacking, it can result in employees being less enthusiastic about doing their work.
2023-12-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Indah Roikhatul Janah, Yanuar Racmansyah, Himawan Arif Sutanto https://ejournal.uinsaid.ac.id/index.php/jmif/article/view/6061 THE THE INFLUENCE OF HALAL AWARENESS, SELLER REPUTATION AND PRODUCT PROMOTION ON THE INTEREST IN BUYING FOOD THROUGH THE SHOPEE APPLICATION 2023-04-10T09:48:58+07:00 Dita Camelia Ulfa [email protected] Agung Abdullah [email protected]
Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal awareness, seller reputation and product promotion both partially and simultaneously on the interest in buying food through the Shopee application, especially for Shopeefood feature service users in the Surakarta City area.
