The Islamic Rules in Coping Unmarried Love Relationship toward Teenager’s Mental Health

Many of the Islamic rules conceive of human virtue and appreciate the human mentality that still isn't confessed by mostly teenagers. The curretnt issues appearing among teeangers supposed unmarried love relationship between man and women as the usual thing although they grasped it has been forbidden in islam, they used love as the main reason. This researcher aims to compare mental health of teenagers committing the unmarried love relationship and the teenagers who do not conduct the unmarried love relationship. This research is qualitative research by using a descriptive phenomenological approach to obtain accessible research. The data collection applied in this research is observation and interview. There are teen participants aged 19-22 years, five participants who committed unmarried love relationships, and the others with do not commit unmarried love relationships. The result attested that teenagers committing unmarried love relationships have higher stress than they do not commit unmarried love relationships. Scientifically, the forbidden unmarried love relationship is the mark of Islam to perceive human mentality and avoid mental illness.
