  3. Reviewer Assignment: Manuscripts that pass the initial check will be forwarded to reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's topic. In the double-blind review process, both the author's and reviewers' identities will remain confidential.
  4. Review Process: Reviewers evaluate the manuscript in terms of its scholarly contribution, originality, research methodology, and clarity of presentation. They will also provide feedback and recommendations, such as acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript.
  5. Editor’s Decision: Based on the reviewers' feedback, the editor will decide whether the manuscript is accepted, requires revisions, or is rejected. The reviewers' comments will be sent to the author without revealing their identities.
  6. Author's Revisions: If revisions are requested, the author must submit a revised version of the manuscript according to the reviewers' feedback. This process may go through more than one review cycle if necessary.
  7. Final Decision: Once the manuscript is revised and, if needed, re-evaluated, the editor will provide a final decision regarding the acceptance of the manuscript for publication.
