All submitted manuscripts are blinded review. The process will not show the identification of authors and reviewers, both of them will never know each other. All process is mediated by the editors on the OJS to make sure the process is going appropriately. Authors should make every effort to see the manuscript information process on personal email notifications.  If the authors have problems during the OJS process, the editors will be ready to be contacted.
