CrossOver Journal of Adaptation Studies publishes scientific articles written in either English or Bahasa Indonesia, discussing adaptation investigated from the perspectives of literature, linguistics, and translation studies. The abstract must be in English. The article has not been published or in the submission process to other journals and publishers. Authors who wish to use proofreading or editing services to improve their manuscripts may contact professional language service providers.
The article must be between 4000-7000 words, not including title, abstract, keywords, and bibliography. The article must be written in accordance with the CrossOver's template, which can be downloaded here.
Any citation is written based on APA style, which can be checked from https://owll.massey.ac.nz/referencing/apa-style.php.
Submission of Paper
All articles should be submitted electronically through CrossOver's Open Journal System that can be accessed at https://ejournal.uinsaid.ac.id/index.php/crossover/about/submissions. Authors are required to register prior to submission.
Before the accepted article is published in an online issue, requests to add/remove/rearrange the author names must be sent by the corresponding author of the accepted manuscript to the Journal Manager and must include: (a) the reason of this changing (b) written confirmation (e-mail) from all authors that they agree with the changing. Please note that publication of the accepted manuscript in an online issue is suspended until authorship changing has been agreed. After the accepted manuscript is published in an online issue, requests for authorship changing will not be accepted.
CrossOver has the right of first publication; the works submitted here must never have been published elsewhere before. All the works published in this journal is under
a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC) licensing.
