About the Journal

Journal of Arabic Language and Literature Studies (ALLAIS) is a scientific journal established in 2022 and has been indexed in Google Scholar, Crossref, ROAD, Garuda, Moraref, Dimensions, and Index Copernicus International. This journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, and archivists who are interested in the latest developments, particularly in the fields of Arabic linguistics and literature. The scope of the journal includes Arabic Linguistics, Arabic Literature, Modern Standard Arabic, Arabic Second Language Acquisition, and Arabic Translation (subtitling and dubbing). ALLAIS is published twice a year, in June and September, by the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program, Faculty of Adab and Language, Raden Mas Said State Islamic University, Surakarta. The journal accepts research-based papers and library research within the covered fields. All submitted papers undergo thorough checks by the editorial team and are reviewed by peer-reviewers. Submissions are accepted in Indonesian, Arabic, and English.
