This issue concerns on situation of teaching-learning process in post COVID-19 era around the world, as well as educational management in disadvantaged areas of Indonesia. A total of six research articles are writen in eligible English, and authored/co-authored by 14 authors from five (5) different countries (Indonesia, United States, Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam).
